NBI, the driving force behind the Fibre-to-the-Home network, has confirmed that 12,000 premises in County Leitrim are now part of the State's Intervention Area. This means that residents and businesses in areas like Kinlough and Carrigallen can enjoy minimum speeds of 500 megabits per second, a substantial investment of €46 million by the government. With 2,749 connections already established, the project is well underway.
