where is this link....or is it my glasses

The firmware update is always included in the Hercules Driver Packages. So chances are that if you have the latest driver package installed then you have the latest firmware. I don't recall Hercules releasing just a Firmware update. @marlonb The way to tell, is open up the RMX control panel and go to the "about" tab ( I think ) and the info is there. If you can do a screen shot of it, and I'll check with mine, when I get up tomorrow. I now I'm all up to date with mine. BTW here is a link to the latest Driver Package. http://ts.hercules.com/eng/index.php?pg=view_files&gid=2&fid=28&pid=215&cid=1
I don't believe there was a firmware update between the last two updates (2009_HDJS_2 & 2009_HDJS_3). If you installed the 2009_HDJS_2 update, then you'll have seen the drivers and firmware get updated. When the latest driver update (2009_HDJS_3) is applied, I dont believe this updates the Rmx firmware (in particular if you've installed the the previous update (2009_HDJS_2)).

Maybe you're right, or maybe one of the firmare updater improvements was "quiet" updating.
Think this is what you're looking for buddy!! Damm it sorry dude here's the link http://ts.hercules.com/eng/index.php?pg=view_files&gid=2&fid=28&pid=215&cid=1
ok, so we are all on the same page....once you update your drivers everything seems good
Each driver package always contain the latest fimrware updates files for all DJ Console series product. Updates will only be performed if, during the installation process, the installer detects that your fimrware is older than the version included in the package. If you already have the latest verison, obviously, no update will be necessary.

Now it all makes sense, hehehe! I was quite sure that there was no particular firmware upgrade link because the versioning update gets you the whole package ;)

You need to select djmusic them controller with audio then hercules rmx then drivers at lease thats how i do my hercules rmx and dj 4set controller, i just update my drivers and got a firmware update for my dj 4 set which now allows me to use the sliders for pitch controll
