Sooo good and so quick and easy. We got really good salmon at Fisherman's Catch and that makes all the difference in the result. Oven time a little less than directed - just watch it. The sauce definitely has a kick!!

I normally eat salmon grilled or in a smoker , but I decided to try it with the recipe and I really liked it! loved the sweet and spicy taste that also did not take away from the natural taste of the salmon I will be putting this in my dinner rotation.

I don't know why this recipe is rated 5 stars. I followed it exactly and found it pretty bad. I broil fish pretty regularly and usually love the Asian favors that go with this salmon. But it was not good. It didn't taste like the glaze incorporated with the salmon at all. The only plus was how easy it was to make, but that showed in the flavor.

Yum! and sooooo easy. I didn't have any marmalade so I used apricot preserves. Very very very good. So happy I have some left for lunch tomorrow! Paired with sauteed kale with lots of garlic, onions, dried red peppers and a wee shake of balsamic. Made the couscous with dried fruit and cashews, also found on the Cooking Light website. Everyone loved it.

This recipe is amazing - incredibly quick and easy to make, and SO good. It was a huge hit with everyone, and looked like I had slaved for hours in the kitchen. Definitely going in my favorites file! One note...our local grocery stores aren't very adventurous (they consider ketchup to be a spice, I think), so I had to improvise on the chili garlic sauce. In the veggie section they had tubes of Gourmet Garden spice blends...I found a chili pepper blend & a garlic blend. I used 2 tbsp of the chili pepper and 3/4 tbsp of the garlic and mixed them. The result was excellent, according to everyone who ate :)

This was very easy and quite tasty, but I'd like to make a recommendation: start with 2 tbsp of the chili sauce, taste, and add the third tbsp if more heat is desired. I bought the recommended Hokan chili sauce with garlic, and it really is quite spicy. We like foods with a kick but found 2 tbsp worked well for us. The third tbsp would have been too hot. Served with apricot carrots and creamed peas and red potatoes (a calorie splurge).

Quick, easy and absolutely DELICIOUS! I have always been hesitant to cook fish at home, but this recipe sounded so easy, I thought I would give it a try. It came out great - wonderful flavor, no skill needed. Will definitely make it again, and recommend to others!
