Enel's vaporization via Raigo

Enel creates thunderclouds which enables him to input an insane amount of lightning to where it explodes like a nuke and vaporizes it's surroundings

The Island Clouds are dense enough to carry buildings, humans, and even parts of islands from earth itself, the Island Clouds are meant to replicate island ground the same way Sea Clouds are meant to replicate the sea. The thundercloud itself is also dense enough to crush buildings, so I'll assume it has a similar density to Island Clouds. Enel was going to vaporize the whole of Skypiea after having vaporized an Island Cloud
