@JudgeClayJ @oncor My neighborhood has had no power since 2am. There is no place open to get a hot meal. My house is below 50 degrees. It is critical for older residents & those with medical needs we get power restored ASAP. @oncor is so overwhelmed they aren’t even taking outtage reports. So cold!

I get the rolling black outs but man @ERCOT_ISO or @oncor can it be consistent? Total with out power for 5 hrs today so far, it's off again too. Other people i know still haven't had theirs turned off in Dallas county.I just got apartment back to 65 from it being 50 earlier today

Here's a thought before doing any rolling power outages @oncor @ERCOT_ISO @CityOfDallas. Make sure that your able to get the power back on instead of leaving families freezing 🥶 during the damn cold weather! Don't just give random estimates of 45 mins to an hour. 😡🤬

@JudgeClayJ @ERCOT_ISO @oncor I know of people in Dallas county who have not had a rolling black out, while other like my self have lost power for hours. I get some not having some due to being close to hospitals, ect but others are not close to any critical infrastructure.

All I want is for @oncor & @ERCOT_ISO to treat me like a person and communicate with me. If you have an app that provides updates, then provide them. Don’t rely on news outlets to do it! Telling me power will be restored at 2:30 PM when it is 4:47 PM is frustrating.

@oncor Our outage started at 9:30 am cst and still now with out electricity. I have small kid and 88 year grand parents and it’s extremely cold . With out heater how they it work for them. I called several time and could not able to reach any agent. I was literally surprised with this
