    3. dried oregano – 1 tps
    4. ground cumin – 1tbs
    5. canned diced green chiles -16 oz
    6. canned white beans – 45 oz
    7. cooked frozen yellow corn – 2.5 cups
    8. daisy light sour cream – 8 tbsp
    9. uncooked onions -3 large , cut uo
    10. green pepper -2 cups
    11. kirkland organic chicken stock- 8 cups

    1. boil chicken, remove and shred
    2. basically throw all of the other ingredients into a big pot (example for sour cream), add shredded chicken too and simmer
    3. right before serving add sour cream to pot, stir around/mix in
