"Like your charcuterie boards, you know, maybe do small charcuterie boards, keep part in the fridge and keep part out,” he said. He said it would be a good idea to designate someone to watch the time and the food to remember how long each item has been sitting out. “That would be the safest bet, especially when you know you're getting excited, the Chiefs are winning, you're just going to forget everything,” he said.
